The Heart and Backbone of Our Team

With over 25 years of experience in animal healthcare with our hospital, Stacey is more than just a veterinary assistant—she’s a leader, a mentor, and the glue that holds our hospital together. Her extensive knowledge and hands-on expertise have made her an indispensable part of our team, where she balances patient care, leadership, and logistical wizardry with grace and a smile.

Stacey’s role goes beyond assisting in surgical procedures or providing comfort to nervous pets (and their humans). She also oversees the hospital’s inventory and webstore, ensuring we’re always stocked and running like a well-oiled machine. Whether she’s managing supplies, supporting her colleagues, or stepping into a leadership role, Stacey’s organizational skills and dedication ensure every detail is handled seamlessly.

At home, Stacey’s life is just as full and vibrant. She and her husband are proud parents of 3 children, a playful dog Kallie, and two sassy cats, Phineas and Mittens, who rule the roost. When she’s not at the hospital, Stacey can often be found soaking up family time, organizing the chaos of her busy household, or cheering on one of the children on the sidelines of a baseball diamond or the dance studio floor.

Ask Stacey what she loves most about her work, and she’ll tell you: “For me, it’s about the bonds. Not just with the pets, but with their families too. I’ve watched children grow up alongside their pets, and even seen the next generation bring in new furry companions. Being part of those stories is what makes this hospital feel like home.”
