With over a decade of experience as our go-to client service representative, Heather is the friendly face at the front desk, the calm voice on the phone, and the reassuring presence who makes every visit just a little brighter.

Heather isn’t just Fear Free Certified—she’s a passionate advocate for the methodology. Armed with a blanket or bandana spritzed with calming pheromones, she’s always thinking of ways to make your pet’s visit less stressful, whether it’s a shy kitty or a bouncy pup. Her attention to detail and genuine love for animals shine through in everything she does.

As a proud cat mom to Pepper and Sage, Heather has a special connection with our feline patients. But don’t let her cat-loving ways fool you—she’s equally delighted by every wagging tail that walks through the door. Her warmth and cheerful demeanor make her a favourite with pets and their people alike, always ready with a kind word or a clever solution to any question.

When she’s not brightening up our hospital, Heather loves curling up with a good book, cycling her favourite local trails, or indulging in her not-so-secret guilty pleasure: watching adorable cat videos.
